Louise originally trained as a hairdresser, but has been working with dogs now for more than six years, and founded Paws & Claws to give pet owners the peace of mind that their animals are receiving the same love and attention she gives her own. Louise has two long haired dachshunds, Fudge and Pipsqueak.

Tracy used to be a chef, but her desire to work with animals and her love of dogs led her to join forces with Louise to set up Paws & Claws. She and Louise have known each other since childhood and grew up together surrounded by dogs. Tracy has a staffy called Jesse.
